Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Kubikart of your decision through a clear statement. You may use the electronic function above, email or post.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification that you are exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs except additional costs caused by a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving the withdrawal.

We use the same payment method for reimbursement as for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you returned them.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after notifying us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

In particular, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual choice or decision is decisive for production, or which are clearly tailored to personal needs.
